El sabado 16 de abril de 2022 compre un pan de ajo en la panaderia de la calle 127 con autopista y me salio con moho y ademas pan viejo. Una lastima . No volvere alli a comprar pan.

Es inconcebible que siendo Romannoti una de la mejores panaderías de Bogota, vendan productos viejos, caso puntual sucedido en la sucursal PVI, donde ayer vendieron unos pan de yucas viejos., e irrespeten al cliente de esta manera. Gracias por su atención.

Quiero manifestar mi inconformidad, frente a una compra realizada en el Romanotti de Galerías. La verdad si se pide un producto recién hecho, no digan mentiras, no vendan del día anterior. No entiendo porque las vendedoras no son justas con los clientes. En este momento me declaro una cliente menos de ustedes. Muchas gracias
