La atención de la señora en el punto cc San Rafael, es deplorable. La señora te rapa el billete, despotamente te contesta "No lo tengo" , no tengo vueltas. No se de donde sea pero claramente se nota que no la han capacitado y que ni hay supervision. Ni ed calida la atencion, trasmite su estres.
