Barranquilla, Septiembre 4/17 ATENCION AL CLIENTE EPS SANITAS Ciudad. Apreciados Sres: Estoy tratando comunicar con la linea de atencion, 3360670 ext 5750508 para el ingreso a la Unidad EPS Sanitas. Debo conocer el valor a pagar, y aunque no laboro hace mucho tiempo atras, voy a seguir las instrucciones de afiliacion como persons independiente. No tengo claro eso del sistema de pagos a traves de Baloto. Podria cancelar con el mismo volante que recibo mensualmente para pago de medicina prepagada. Que incomodidad tanto tramite y eso de tener que cancelar en oficinas distintas cuando hay cajas en la misma clinica. Ya suficiente con las quejas que he venido escuchando y a la vez presentando por todo tipo de incomodidad en parqueos y vueltas innecesarias. A mi parecer todo deberia unificarse y hacer la vida menos tediosa. De ahi el stress de nosotros los usuarios. Cordialmente,
