las personas que ustedes capacitan para realizar los cobros son poco profesionales ya que tratan a los clientes con palabras como porquerias y alzan la voz y amenazan y realizan acoso telefónico cada 10 minutos con burlas y palabras burlonas y si uno llama a su numero telefónico siguen realizando las mismas burlas . sin darse cuenta que eso genera acoso y tengo las llamadas grabadas y esto puede generar una demanda por acoso para su compañia. En ingún momento se está negando la deuda simplemente el inconveniente de pago y cuando cancele necesito que me retiren de su base de datos como cliente. Agradezci su amable atención. Atentamente,
