Mi inconformidad es que la doctora Silvia de dentisalud de plaza central me realizó un mal procedimiento, se equivocó y no tuvo la precaución de leer mi historia , realizó una recina sin acabar el conducto de una muela, además de esto, al momento de realizar la recina me mojo toda la cara, me lastimo el paladar y al pasar los días me salió unas apollitas en el paladar . Segundo de esto día de hoy 21 de septiembre tenía dos citas una a las 4 y otra a las 5 de la tarde, cuando llegue me indican que la doctora no se encuentra y que fue cancelada la cita de las 5 pm yo acepto, y la cita de las 4 pregunté? Me indicaron que tenía que esperar, esperé una hora. Uno cómo usuario saca el tiempo para llegar a tiempo a las citas programadas y dentisalud cancelan la citas sin avisar al usuario y fuera de todo dejan esperando más de una hora para que lo atiendan Esto me ocurrió en dentisalud del centro comercial plaza central.
