Hoy al medio día llame a solicitar un domicilio, la persona que me atendió lo hizo de muy mala manera, en un tono muy altivo y se notaba fastidiada por atender el teléfono, pedí arena para gatos, me indicó q el pedido llegaría después de las cuatro, a lo cual le manifesté q no tenía inconveniente y sorpresa el pedido no llegó y no avisaron, cuando la mujer q me atendió tomo mis datos. Vale indicar q durante cinco (5) anos he recibido un excelente servicio, jamás me han dejado de entregar un producto, cuando se presentan demoras, llaman y avisan. Por favor llamar la atención a la persona (mujer) quién tomo el pedido. Por cuanto este tipo de inconvenientes generan mala imagen al buen servicio q ustedes siempre prestan al Cliente. Gracias..
